Our Founders

CEO & Co-Founder
Leah went from managing the PR & marketing for her college theatre to running a highly successful consulting business in New York City.
With nearly 20 years experience, Leah has helped many CEOs, founders and executives pitch their ideas.
Her client roster includes Discovery Networks, The Weather Channel, SportsGrid, VH1, Alphabet (Google Parent Company), Equinox, Gap, Ann Taylor/LOFT; and several award-winning ad agencies including McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy, Landor, Havas and R/GA.
She's also taught pitch deck classes for NASA, The University of Chicago, University of Iowa and NBCUniversal's Corporate Women's Network.
In the startup world, she's helped many founders receive investment alongside M&A consulting firm, Oaklyn Consulting, and through her own consulting business, Leah Kathryn Consulting.
As she also has a passion for ministry, she started a social organization called Proximity, to create a new church culture that looks more like the first church in the Book of Acts. It started in New York, now has a chapter in Detroit and will launch in Atlanta in 2025.
Her life verse is Isaiah 61:4, "They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations."
Leah is excited to get back to promoting the arts, as she once did 20 years ago for her college theatre.

President & Co-Founder
Kay Clarity is a singer, writer, and composer originally from Saskatoon, Canada.
Since an early start as a teen on Canadian Idol’s Top 100, followed by grants, international performance opportunities, and a UK record label deal, she has worked professionally in the entertainment industry and as a teacher, speaker, mentor, and artistic entrepreneur.
She has recorded and released extensively, working both independently and with veteran industry producers, DJs, filmmakers, dancers, and other top tier entertainers.
She has performed, written, and recorded across Canada, throughout Europe, and around the US.
Her contemplative, liturgical project, CASSIA & MYRRH, has garnered international attention, a committed fanbase, a partnership with a global app, and reaches millions of listeners.
Her essays on art and culture, with an emphasis on both beauty and pop culture, have appeared in a variety of publications.
Kay has also worked extensively in a variety of marketing, writing, and design capacities, including ghostwriting for audiences of millions and working with companies whose partnerships included Warner Music Group & the Major League Soccer Players Association.
She currently shares her artistic work on various streaming platforms and at kayclarity.art and is working on many creative and entrepreneurial projects to support artists, and build new infrastructure for a better arts and entertainment future.
She has an MA degree in classic texts and is a doctoral candidate.
She resides in Los Angeles.
